Return & Refund Policy

At Sridhatu Arts, we strive to deliver high-quality brass, copper, bronze, aluminium, steel, iron, and handcrafted products with utmost care. Since many of our items are handmade and delicate, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Important: Returns are not accepted for:
Minor variations in colour, texture, weight, or finish due to the handcrafted nature of the products
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Customer dislike, size mismatch, or change of mind
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return or refund request, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
The unboxing video must:
Show the sealed parcel from all sides
Capture the complete opening of the package
Clearly show the product damage or defect
Have no cuts, edits, pauses, or filters
Without a valid unboxing video, return or refund requests cannot be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return
If your product meets the above conditions:

Clear unboxing video

4. Return Approval and Pickup
Once approved, a return pickup will be arranged
The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
Return pickup availability depends on courier serviceability in your area.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated only after:
The returned item is received by us
A quality check is successfully completed
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will not be issued if:

The unboxing video is missing or invalid
